First Response 24/7 Crisis Line

Livewell Southwest’s First Response Service is a 24/7 crisis line providing advice, support and signposting for people who experience mental health difficulties. First Response is available to anyone in Plymouth at the time of experiencing a mental health crisis.

If you feel worried about your mental health or that of a loved one or a friend, you can call the crisis line on NHS 111 (select the mental health option).

Samaritans

Samaritans are an organisation you can ring at any time of the day or night. They will listen to you and help you talk through your concerns, worries and troubles. You can visit their website or call them on 116 123.

Papyrus

Papyrus is a UK charity dedicated to the prevention of suicide and the promotion of positive mental health and emotional wellbeing in young people. You can visit their website or call their helpline - HOPELINEUK on 0800 068 4141.
